As you stand tall, you are ready to engage in a full-body workout that will help you towards healing. This exercise requires an amazing amount of movement from every part of your body, from your hips to your shoulders, your chest to your head. You'll be able to explore the full range of motion of your hips, as they sway to one side and then the other, your pelvis rotating and shifting. Your shoulders can remain on the ground, or they can glide up and around, ensuring that your entire body is constantly in motion.

This exercise is all about centering yourself and finding your core. You'll learn to roll your spine in its natural position, strengthening and toning your muscles as you move. You'll stretch and bend in new ways, keeping the fascia in its place and ensuring that you walk with a newfound confidence. Throughout this exercise, you'll be encouraged to find your flow, to be in your space and to move with the rhythm of your body.
